The Menninger Clinic

Menninger Alumni Association

Welcome to your hub of information for and about alumni of training programs in the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry & Mental Health Sciences.

Since its inception in 1946, the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry & Mental Health Sciences reflected the long-standing tradition of training excellence established by the founders of The Menninger Clinic. Over 2,000 alumni, who now practice in 50 states and 26 foreign countries, rank high in the mental health profession as clinicians, as teachers and as innovators.

As a way of celebrating the rich tradition created by their collective link with Menninger, all graduates of Menninger training programs participate in the Alumni Association. Through the association newsletter, alumni are able to track careers, note achievements and honors and document the passing of colleagues. Generous alumni support Menninger programs, especially those involving training.

As Menninger grows in its collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine
and The Methodist Hospital, plans continue to develop to sustain the alumni tradition for graduates of the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine.
